OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE
Call centre agents in an outbound centre dial customers on behalf of their organisation or clients for varied purposes like lead generation, telemarketing, survey, information relay or such.

For efficiency, calls here are routed through an Automated Dialer, which dials from a list and transfers to an available agent. Outbound centres must ensure compliance with TRAI Do Not Disturb policy to avoid their numbers from being blacklisted.
